Episode Summary:
This week kicks off with all of the eliminated contestants returning to weigh-in, and one lucky player getting the chance to return to the competition. Then it's off to a grueling kettle bell beach challenge that promises the winning player a hefty prize. Fan favorite and former "Biggest Loser" contestant Abby Rike pays a visit to the ranch and inspires the players with her own "Second Chance" story. Later, the contestants head to the race track for words of encouragement and a fun workout with popular NASCAR driver Carl Edwards. Then one player reaches "One-derland" at the weigh-in and another is sent home before host Alison Sweeney gives the remaining contestants some very exciting news.

About The Show: The show is in its twelfth season (normally the show features two seasons per year); Season 11 premiered on January 4, 2011.Season 12 premiered on September 20, 2011.Each season of The Biggest Loser starts with a weigh-in to determine the contestants' starting weights, which serve as the baseline for determining the overall winner. The contestants are grouped into teams of two, each wearing separate colored t-shirts. Depending on the season a team may work with a specific trainer or all trainers may work with all contestants. The trainers are responsible for designing comprehensive workout and nutrition plans and teaching them to the contestants. There's no doubt that since Manuel Pellegrini came to Manchester, he's made the Etihad Stadium home sweet home. Seven wins from seven so far and only two goals conceded is a hugely impressive record and City don't look like losing many, if any, at home.
The burning question with a third of the season gone is quite simply - can they get enough points on the road to be at the top of the table next May?
The evidence so far is concerning. Four defeats already isn't championship form. Just to put it in perspective, it took Roberto Mancini's side until 16 March last season to lose four in total.
I witnessed their first reverse this season when they squandered a lead at Cardiff and looked defensively vulnerable. They have been unfortunate at Villa and Sunderland. They haven't been helped by the absence of their influential captain Vincent Kompany and the fact that they have fielded seven different centre-back pairings already.
Psychologically they need an away win or it will begin to wear them down. Trips to West Brom and Southampton in the space of four days will be an interesting challenge. Further ahead, they still have to visit the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United, Spurs and Everton.
West Brom have already proved they can match the big boys on their day this season, having beaten Manchester United and held both Arsenal and Chelsea. I watched them lose to a Moussa Sissoko wonder goal at Newcastle on Saturday, just their fourth defeat of the season.
They are difficult to beat but too often the draw specialists have been unable to close a game out. They have now won just seven league matches in 2013.
They will need little motivation for this one as they try and shut out the division's top scorers and beat City for the first time in five years. Pellegrini's men, though, cannot afford any more travel sickness.

Episode Summary:
Jamie is starting to feel lonely and friendless after Spencer's fury towards him and the discovery that Phoebe has a new boyfriend. Spencer hosts a dinner party for his friends and decides it's the right time to admit the way he feels about Jamie.

Series Genl Info: The scripted nature of the show forces a redefinition of the term "reality television" to the extent that the cast are not "true" actors as the show follows the lives of several young, affluent Chelsea socialites. Made in Chelsea is mostly shot in the West London areas of Belgravia, Kings Road, and Knightsbridge as well as occasionally featuring other locations such as Dubai, Finland, and the south of France.The show was renewed for a 10-episode second series as part of E4's decision to stop airing Friends and filming began on 29 July 2011. The second series premiered Monday 19 September 2011 and was followed by a reunion episode presented by Rick Edwards, and a 90-minute Christmas Special, which aired on 22 December 2011. A 10-episode third series was confirmed on 21 November 2011 and began airing on 2 April 2012. The fourth series began on 15 October 2012, with five new cast members including Andy Jordan, Sam Cussins, Stevie Johnson and Lucy Watson, famous for people "getting up in her grill". On September 26, 2012, it was confirmed two other cast members were joining the show for the fourth series—Sophia Sassoon, the ex-girlfriend of current cast member Spencer, and 21-year-old Ianthe Rose Cochrane-Stack, Richard's new girlfriend.....Series 4 began on 15 October 2012, followed by a second Christmas Special which aired on 24 December 2012.
