MK Dons striker Dean Bowditch could feature in Tuesday's FA Cup third-round replay against Wigan after making a goalscoring return on Saturday. Bowditch headed in a late winner against Shrewsbury as he made his first appearance of the season following a hip injury.
Holders Wigan will be without Everton loanee Tyias Browning and defender Rob Kiernan, who are both cup tied.
Tuesday's winner will play Crystal Palace in round four.
Wigan boss Uwe Rosler plans to make changes for the game and winger James McClean and striker Grant Holt will be hoping for a recall.
The pair started in the 3-3 draw at home to MK Dons, but were on the bench in the Latics' 3-0 win against Bournemouth in the Championship on Saturday.
"We are very determined to win because there is a mouthwatering tie against Premier League opposition up for grabs in the fourth round," said Rosler.
"We are a little bit thin at the moment with players being cup tied, so there may be a few surprises to my team."
